Jan 31st 2026 we host Chilean local Dennis Roman to our tasting table. The local wine legend is bringing some of his favourite new Chilean producers in tow with a focus new and alternative varietals in the region.
Chile is one of the biggest wine producing countries in the world but with only a handful of new and exciting producers. These producers have some unreal terroir and materials to work with and are setting the world alight with their flair and maticulous wine making. We take a look at why Chile is so successful and why the wines from this new wave of producers are simply world class.
